15-min consultation (phone or video) Free

This is an opportunity for you to ask me questions, share what you would like to work on in therapy, and discuss what you’re looking for in a therapist. The purpose of this consultation is to determine if we would be a good fit to work together.

Individual counseling (50 min) $200

Family counseling session (90 min) $260

Working with family/caregivers is an important part of trauma work with teens.

I provide both video visits (utilizing an encrypted and HIPAA-compliant platform) for anyone living in CA and in-person counseling sessions at my office in Burbank, CA. I especially encourage in-person sessions for teens and family sessions.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy might cost. For those who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the total fees for their therapy per calendar year. You may ask for a written Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a session, before your first appointment or at any time while you are receiving services.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within less than 24 hours, the client will be charged half the regular cost of the session. I encourage ongoing communication about scheduling and can be reached to change appointments via phone, email and text. If you miss an appointment without cancelling, I will make attempts to reach you by your preferred method of communication.

Insurance

In addition to my private practice, I work with Octave Behavioral Health. At Octave, I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and Health Net / MHN commercial insurance plans. If you have coverage under one of these plans, please visit findoctave.com to schedule an appointment.

Otherwise, I will also provide a superbill for those who wish to request reimbursement from their health insurance directly.
